Because of her strong project management skills, the University of Rochester brought Carol on board to become a key Project Manager for the University's data center relocation effort. This project impacted the University campus, the Medical Center (including 2 hospitals), the School of Music, and the Memorial Art Gallery to name a few areas.

During this complex project, her key accomplishments included:

1. Implementing a phases and gates project methodology, mentoring the Project Director and other Project Managers on methodology, and preparing the project for Leadership review meetings.

2. Keeping project on track and resolving outstanding issues through managing the overall project plan and facilitating project meetings with key Project Managers and Project Director.

3. Ensuring smooth application and server migrations by: a) interfacing with applications and infrastructure teams to determine migration schedules and b) overseeing that proper documentation was in place for risk management, fall back plans, system interfaces and dependencies.
