Center Information Systems (CIS) provides IT and Telecommunications services for Not-For-Profit
Agencies in the Rochester, NY area. Carol created and implemented a
project management process to be followed by all projects. Some of her
duties included project planning, monitoring and reporting project
status, budget tracking, project change management and issues
management.
Some of her accomplishments include:
Project management and leadership for implementation of applications as well as VoIP telephone systems.
Creation of a project management process for CIS which increased customer satisfaction from 70% in 2010 to 84% in 2011.
Managing multiple server migration and retirement projects.
Managing data and voice projects in support of Agency relocation.
Interfacing with Agency Executive Leadership and CIS vendors.
